Wellness Support Item Terms & Conditions - Voucher
1. Introduction
1.1. Veteran Mindfulness Australia Wellness Support Items are provided by Veteran
Mindfulness Australia Pty Ltd 641 718 247 (‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’).
1.2. The Wellness Support Item is offered to support an Active User’s use of resources
and/or services through the Veteran Mindfulness Australia Platform.
1.3. These Wellness Support Item Terms; Conditions apply to this Wellness Support
Item.
1.4. Our Platform Terms of Use also apply to these Wellness Support Item Terms &
Conditions and definitions used in the Platform Terms of Use also apply to these
Wellness Support Item Terms & Conditions.
1.5. For the purposes of these Wellness Support Item Terms; Conditions, the following
definitions apply:
“Active User” means a person who:
1. Is a resident of Australia;
2. Is over 18 years of age;
3. Is a veteran of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) who holds a valid Gold Card
or White Card with Non-Liability Health Care (NLHC) activated; and
4. Has current access to the Veteran Mindfulness Australia Platform, including a
Veteran Mindfulness Australia mental health practitioner, in accordance with the
Platform Terms of Use.
“Platform Terms of Use” means the Platform Terms of Use which are available on
our website.
“Veteran Mindfulness Australia Platform” means the platform operated by Veteran
Mindfulness Australia providing access to various mindfulness tools, resources and
services.
“Wellness Support Item” means, for this promotion item, a VISA or Mastercard gift
voucher (as determined by us) to the value of $200.
“Wellness Support Item Terms & Conditions” means, for this Wellness Support
Item, this document.
1.6. We reserve the right to change the Wellness Support Item Terms; Conditions, and
the Platform Terms of Use, at any time without notice subject to relevant
state/territory legislation approval by posting such changes on our website
www.veteranmindfulness.com.au.
1.7. In the event that the Wellness Support Item becomes unavailable for reasons
beyond our control, we may substitute the Wellness Support Item with a gift of equal
or greater value.
1.8. The laws of Queensland apply to these Wellness Support Item Terms; Conditions.
1.9. By becoming an Active User in relation to the Wellness Support Item you agree to
abide by these Wellness Support Item Terms; Conditions, the Platform Terms of
Use and any amendments as posted to our website.
1.10. If any of these Wellness Support Item Terms; Conditions or the Platform
Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that invalidity or
unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the terms and conditions, which will
continue in full force and effect.
2. General Conditions
2.1. A person wishing to receive the Wellness Support Item must:
2.1.1. Correctly complete the Join/Re-Join form linked in the “Prioritise Your Mental Health & Get Rewarded | We’re investing in your mental health” or “We’ve Expanded Our Programs – $200 Gift Card towards your mental health!” email from Veteran Mindfulness Australia, between
16 February 2025 and 31 March 2025;
2.1.2. Become an Active User of the Veteran Mindfulness Australia Platform and
complete a session with a Veteran Mindfulness Australia mental health
practitioner on or before 31 May 2025 (“the First Session”); and
2.1.3. Complete twelve sessions with a Veteran Mindfulness Australia mental health
practitioner within 24 weeks of the First Session.
2.2. The person whose details are provided to Veteran Mindfulness Australia for the
purposes of completing sessions will be the person to whom the Wellness Support
Item will be provided and that person is deemed to have agreed to and accepted
these Wellness Support Item Terms; Conditions and the Platform Terms of Use.
2.3. Veteran Mindfulness Australia is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as
a result of accepting or using the Wellness Support Item, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded at law.
2.4. The Wellness Support Item can only be redeemed once and cannot be redeemed in
conjunction with any other offer.
2.5. Veteran Mindfulness Australia will make every effort to ensure an Active User can
receive their Wellness Support Item after the twelfth session. However, Veteran
Mindfulness Australia assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive the
Wellness Support due to the Active User providing inaccurate information, or as a
result of a technical or telecommunications issue.
2.6. Personal information including the Active User’s name, address, telephone number,
and email address will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this
promotion (“Purpose”). This may require disclosure to third parties for the purpose
of conducting the promotion. By engaging in this promotion, Active User’s consent to
their personal information being used for the Purpose. A copy of our Privacy Policy

2.8. Active Users may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar
legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by Veteran Mindfulness
Australia. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory
rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so by law, Veteran
Mindfulness Australia (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all
liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or
otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without
limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of this promotion.
2.9. If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Veteran Mindfulness Australia this
promotion is not capable of running as planned, Veteran Mindfulness Australia
reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it,
and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion, or amend these terms
and conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
3. Wellness Support Item Delivery
3.1. The Wellness Support Item will be sent to you within 30 business days of you
completing twelve sessions with a Veteran Mindfulness Australia mental health
practitioner, unless there are delays which are outside of our control.
3.2. You agree not to make any defamatory or derogatory comments on any social
media platforms or other public forum against us, the Veteran Mindfulness Australia
Platform, the Wellness Support Item, or anything incidental to the Veteran
Mindfulness Australia Platform or the Wellness Support Item.
